For the receipt of the Continuing Education Certificate, Doctors, Professionals, and Speakers must register.

The acceptance of the public is in the capacity of the ballroom (max 120 )
On the 11th of April, all the sessions are on Zoom except for the dinner for the speakers and registered delegates.
Each listener must ask for an individualised free ticket by email at info@emla.info and RSVP
No food or drinks are allowed in the building from outside.
The closing ceremony will be open to the public, 5.00-5.30 p.m., when we choose the best presentation by public vote

The cancellation policy is strictly enforced, and all cancellations must be made in writing.
If you can’t attend the Conference:
- Before 3 months, i.e., January 12, 2026, you will receive a full refund, but we will deduct $200 towards the service fee.
- On/Before December 10, 2025: Eligible for a 50% refund.
- Discounted Registrations are Transferable but not refundable.
- In this case, if the applicant is an author, the paper will still be published in the conference proceedings, and delegates will receive an electronic copy of the proceedings.
Refunds will be made within 28 days of receipt of cancellation notification.
