Cancellation policy is strictly followed and all cancellations must be made in writing.

If you can’t attend the Conference:

  • Before October 15, 2025, you will receive a full refund but will deduct $200 towards Service fee.
  • On/Before December 31, 2025: Eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Discounted Registrations are Transferable but not refundable.
  • In this case if the applicant is author, the paper will still be published in the conference proceedings and delegates will receive an electronic copy of the proceedings.

Refunds will be made within 28 days of receipt of cancellation notification.

The conference is open and free to the public in the capacity of 500 peopleon zoom 11 and 12 April 2026 and will take place live on the 12 th of April 2026 with a capacity of 120 people in the ballroom at the Liederkranz Foundation.
Each listener must request an individual ticket by email info@emla.info in advance. No walk-ins accepted.
The Conference starts at 9 am - 5.30 pm. In the end, we have the award ceremony, and the best presentation will be selected and awarded by the public. Lifetime achievements awards will be given too. This Conference is organised by HKConferences with the assistance of EMLA INC and Prof Dana York, part of the project ART SCIENCE & LETTERS, Humanitarian Mission in the charitable benefit of Victims of Violence survivors healed of PTSD. Volunteers needed.
