Your Registration includes:

Cancellation policy is strictly followed and all cancellations must be made in writing.
If you can’t attend the Conference:
- Before 3 months i.e., January 12, 2026, you will receive a full refund but will deduct $200 towards Service fee.
- On/Before December 10, 2025: Eligible for a 50% refund.
- Discounted Registrations are Transferable but not refundable.
- In this case if the applicant is author, the paper will still be published in the conference proceedings and delegates will receive an electronic copy of the proceedings.
Refunds will be made within 28 days of receipt of cancellation notification.
